Gainesville Orchestra in “A Sonic Symphonic Spectacular”

The EMMA Concert Association, in partnership with the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, will present the Gainesville Orchestra in “A Sonic Symphonic Spectacular” created for the entire family on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. The Gainesville Orchestra in “A Sonic Symphonic Spectacular” concert is sponsored in part by the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs and the St. Johns Cultural Council and marks the kickoff to the 2021 Romanza Festivale. Tickets for the Gainesville Orchestra in “A Sonic Symphonic Spectacular” go on sale today at 12:00pm at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office or via Ticketmaster (press this link for tickets there).
Designed to awe and entertain all ages, the Gainesville Orchestra will perform music from beloved productions such as “West Side Story,” “Frozen” and “Star Wars” alongside classic compositions such as Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture” and Gershwin’s “Cuban Overture” plus an Armed Services Salute and several special surprises. This is truly a sonic treat for the whole family!
Led by Maestro Evans Haile, the Gainesville Orchestra is comprised of local and regional professional musicians whose mission is to entertain, enrich and educate a diverse and broad-based audience through the presentation of quality programs in traditional and contemporary repertoire.
Tickets for the EMMA Concert Association and St. Augustine Amphitheatre present the Gainesville Orchestra in “A Sonic Symphonic Spectacular” live at the Amp go on sale today at Noon and will be available for purchase at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office or online at ticketmaster.com. Tickets are sold in preconfigured pods (groupings) ranging from two to six seats per pod. Each pod is at least six feet from one to the next, and all seats within the pod must be purchased together. Family pod pricing will be available. Additionally, all tickets are digital. The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office will be open on Fridays from 10:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm, and will only accept payment via debit or credit card.
