EMMA: A Journey of Reflection

Music is the eternal language of the universe that the soul hears and shares with the world.

As EMMA Guild approaches thirty seven years of commitment to the Saint Augustine cultural community we are excited to celebrate the original vision of Emile Maestre, a renowned Spanish cellist, by providing quality music and dance performances at a reasonable price.

While continuing to support the EMMA Concert Association through a variety of new fundraising opportunities, we also look forward to expanding not only our membership but also a variety of diverse activities. This year our Guild meetings will provide members with an opportunity to enjoy entertainment, a catered meal and networking. We encourage everyone to join us as we pursue new ideas that promote our expanded artistic vision.

The Guild board, and I look forward to meeting all of our members, and encourage everyone to invite a friend to learn what EMMA truly represents. As we approach our 47th season of extraordinary music I suggest that we all share, reflect, and celebrate, with a new generation, everything that we proudly have accomplished.

In closing, it is with sincere gratitude, and appreciation that I thank all of our outstanding volunteers for their dedication and service.

    The EMMA Guild has been working on some new events, recruiting new members, ushering, and gathering just for fun and friendship!

    St Augustine has so many opportunities to see live music so when you are looking for things to do check out the St Augustine Orchestra, St A. Youth Chorus, St A. Jazz Society, First Coast Opera, and the St A. Concert Band. And don’t forget the Limelight Theatre! Support our local talent while enjoying our town!
